Charcoal lips

Have just started experimenting with charcoal simply because I love black and white drawings done in charcoal.

This is my first use of charcoal since school 20 years ago.

I'm fairly pleased with it but there is definite room for improvement. I need to practice my shading technique etc.

You'll immediately notice the difference between this and mine due to the fact that *whizzywhizzer picture just seems a lot more perfect.

I did change the picture slightly but only because I just couldn't seem to get the same effect that Whizzy managed on the lips etc.
